Our Mission
The Keep Ouachita Parish Beautiful mission is to change people's attitudes and behaviors about litter, beautification, and minimization of waste impact.

What is KOPB?
The Keep Ouachita Parish Beautiful organization, commissioned by the Ouachita Parish Police Jury, sponsors several activities to involve civic organizations, businesses, and individuals in the time-consuming operation of litter removal. Participants are given the opportunity to demonstrate community pride, make a positive statement for a clean, attractive community, and help the parish reduce costs. These programs have proven very effective in demonstrating personal responsibility and changing attitudes regarding littering.
